In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "moly77", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the moly77 online betting and gaming platform accessible at moly77.cam and any associated mobile applications.
• "You" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account on moly77 or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member on moly77 for the purpose of accessing betting and gaming services.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Member's moly77 account, comprising deposited funds and/or credited bonus funds.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited funds that have completed any applicable wagering requirements and are fully withdrawable.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited by moly77 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process through which moly77 confirms the identity, age, and eligibility of Members prior to processing withdrawals or granting full account access.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a Member must generate on eligible games before a Bonus Balance may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• "Services" refers collectively to all betting, gaming, casino, lottery, and other gambling-related features and functionalities available on moly77.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of moly77's Services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Access to and use of moly77's Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Member's use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. moly77 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with Indonesian gambling customs and international responsible gaming standards. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all bets voided, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method subject to verification.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing moly77 from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of moly77 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You may not register if you are under any legal disability that would prevent you from forming a valid contract.
• One Account Per Person: You may hold only one moly77 account. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a moly77 Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of moly77 and its affiliated companies are not eligible to register as Members or participate in promotional offers.

To access moly77's full range of Services, you must register a personal account. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Registration Requirements: You must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and accurate personal information including your full legal name and date of birth. moly77 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. moly77 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password for your moly77 account and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must notify moly77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Accurate Information: Providing false or misleading registration information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Currency: moly77 accounts for Indonesian members are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Transactions are processed in IDR via the local payment methods listed in Clause 5.

moly77 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before a Member may process their first withdrawal and may be required at any time during the account lifecycle at moly77's discretion.

Documents Required: Indonesian Members will typically be required to submit a clear photograph or scan of their valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk). moly77 may additionally request a photograph of the Member holding the KTP (selfie verification), proof of address, or documentation relating to the source of funds for large transactions.

Processing Time: Standard KYC verification is completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Incomplete or unreadable submissions may delay verification. moly77 will notify the Member by email or in-app message upon successful verification or if additional documents are required.

Withheld Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed KYC verification. Pending withdrawals will be placed on hold during the KYC review process. moly77 accepts no liability for funds delayed as a result of incomplete KYC submissions.

Accepted Deposit Methods: moly77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit methods are subject to availability and may vary based on the Member's location and account status.

Minimum & Maximum Transactions: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction. moly77 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice.

Processing Times: Deposits are generally credited to a Member's account within 5–15 minutes during Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) business hours. E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes following successful KYC verification and internal review. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or scheduled maintenance windows.

Fees: moly77 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which moly77 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal Requirements: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name, consistent with their moly77 account registration details. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. moly77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-value.

Currency: All transactions on moly77 for Indonesian Members are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). moly77 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

moly77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this clause and any additional terms specified within each individual promotion. Where a promotion's specific terms conflict with this clause, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a Member's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; any unconverted bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

Eligible Games: Not all games on moly77 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100% of each bet placed toward the wagering requirement. Live casino, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms. moly77 reserves the right to exclude specific game titles from wagering requirement contributions at any time.

Bonus Abuse: moly77 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets across accounts to hedge bonus wagering; exploiting technical errors or misconfigured promotional settings; and withdrawing funds before completing applicable wagering requirements. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

Seasonal & Cultural Promotions: moly77 regularly runs promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Nyepi, and major football tournaments including BRI Liga 1, Piala AFF, and the AFC Asian Cup. Each such promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the moly77 promotions page at the time of the relevant campaign.

General Betting Rules: All bets placed on moly77 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event. moly77 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed after the event outcome is known, placed on a clearly erroneous market, or placed in circumstances that suggest foul play or information advantage.

Sports Betting: Football betting markets on moly77 include pre-match and in-play options covering BRI Liga 1 — including all fixtures involving Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and Timnas Indonesia — as well as EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are available across all major competitions. Minimum and maximum bet limits per market are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void at moly77's sole discretion in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable resettlement window, or cancelled without a result being recorded; the bet was accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error; or the outcome of the event is subject to ongoing investigation for match-fixing or sporting integrity violations.

Live Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. moly77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets that are accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless voided under the circumstances described above. Connection issues on the Member's side do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation or refund.

Togel Markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by officially published reference draws from authorised international lottery sources. Results are final once the official draw result is published. Any discrepancy between a Member's expectation and the official result must be raised with moly77 support within 24 hours of the draw time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on moly77 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or forfeiture of account balances where applicable:

• Registering more than one moly77 account (multi-accounting), regardless of whether different personal details are used.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Using moly77 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage — including intentional exploitation of misconfigured bonus systems or incorrect odds.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, including placing bets on events in which you have privileged insider information or a direct influence on the outcome.
• Accessing moly77 using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing moly77 support staff or other Members.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming tool implemented by moly77.

moly77's Right to Suspend: moly77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event that: a Member breaches any provision of these Terms; moly77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; a Member fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or a Member requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming framework.

Balance Treatment on Closure: Where an account is suspended or closed for reasons other than fraud or prohibited conduct, moly77 will return the Real Money Balance to the Member's verified payment account within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Balance and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Balance are not returnable and will be forfeited upon account closure.

Member-Initiated Closure: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting moly77 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Voluntary closure requests where no self-exclusion is involved may be subject to a cooling-off period before permanent deletion of account data.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. moly77 may apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs. You will be notified in advance of any such fee being applied. moly77 reserves the right to close dormant accounts after an extended inactivity period in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

moly77 is committed to promoting a safe, sustainable, and enjoyable gambling environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a reliable source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

Available Tools: All moly77 Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available via account settings or by contacting our support team: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits; reality-check reminders; cooling-off periods (temporary account restriction); and self-exclusion (permanent account suspension).

Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing, we strongly encourage you to use moly77's self-exclusion tool. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period (minimum 6 months). Age Verification: moly77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all Members. Any parent or guardian who believes a minor has registered on moly77 should contact our support team immediately. We will suspend the relevant account and return any deposited funds following KYC verification.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the moly77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any moly77 content; reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any moly77 software; creating derivative works based on moly77's platform or content; or using moly77's trademarks or branding in any context without prior written consent.

Platform Availability: moly77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or third-party service interruptions may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services. moly77 accepts no liability for any losses — including betting losses or missed market opportunities — arising from platform downtime or technical interruptions.

Third-Party Content: moly77 integrates games and content from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and others. While moly77 selects only internationally certified providers, it accepts no liability for errors, failures, or content issues originating within third-party game engines or live casino streams.

Member Responsibility: You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that moly77 makes no representations or warranties that you will profit from your use of the platform. You accept full personal responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made on your account.

Maximum Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, moly77's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure: moly77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or labour disputes.

moly77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on moly77, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include: using your personal data solely for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and (with your consent) promotional communications; retaining your data only for as long as required by applicable regulations or as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected; protecting your data using 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls; and not selling your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

moly77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Members' rights or obligations — moly77 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the Member's account and/or via an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the moly77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using moly77 and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 9. moly77 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which moly77 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from your use of moly77 or these Terms, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. moly77 is committed to resolving Member disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without escalation.

Formal Arbitration: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with moly77's support team, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body specified in moly77's gaming licence jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against moly77. All claims must be brought on an individual basis through the dispute resolution process described above.
